I bring a blend of leadership qualities shaped by active listening and a perpetual desire for knowledge. My commitment to honesty and resilience supports my approach to guiding our organization.
My journey as an immigrant from Mexico, navigating the complexities of two distinct cultures, has enriched my perspective. Growing up in a non-Catholic household within a predominantly Catholic society taught me the value of embracing differences and finding strength in diversity. My love for Spanish, music, and dance, along with the playful nuances of Spanglish, reflect my deep appreciation for my culture while celebrating the creativity and adaptability that comes with bilingual or multilingual experiences.
At the heart of my endeavors is a passion for family and community. I am driven by the mission to support women on their path to empowerment, providing a platform that fosters meaningful connections and champions female resilience. I aim to inspire everyone we serve by demonstrating that what you see is indeed what you get.

As a first-generation immigrant from Panama, I am passionate about empowering Latinos and other people of color to claim our seat at the table.
I dream of a world where everyone, no matter their background, has equal access to education, health, opportunity, success, and financial prosperity.
I love to teach, coach, and mentor others, and I believe that we women must lift each other as we climb.

I come from Guadalajara, Mexico embracing my Japanese-Mexican roots with pride.
I am caring, helpful and I love to cook for others! My cultural mix might seem unusual. I look different too because I have features from both cultures.

I love helping others, and making others feel wanted and appreciated. I learned this from my mother: keep going every day and wake up wanting to do better. No matter what, I try to stay positive. I always try to see the good in everything and want a future that’s truly inclusive for all women.

I am learning to understand my Russian-Jewish identity and explore more intersectional opportunities with other women and identities that continue to be oppressed.
I am likely the most honest person in the room who will be forever open, curious, and ready to co-create: everything's better together. Deeply connected to the arts and artistic expression, I seek opportunities to listen and make space for people to be seen, heard, and honored for all they are.

I am Chinese-American. I love going to Asian grocery stores and seeing how people’s faces light up when I speak Cantonese.

I love public transit because it’s a way of being in proximity with neighbors -- and I don’t have to worry about parking and driving! I also have a deep fondness of stationery, and love how different writing tools channel different emotions.

I move through life with intention and ease but not at the expense of sacrificing personal values. I’m a good listener and I’m patient and careful with other people’s feelings. I’m passionate about creating spaces and connections that are warm and welcoming, and embrace all the identities that people hold.

Born in La Paz, Mexico, and raised in the United States, I grew up surrounded by small business entrepreneurs. From a young age, I witnessed both the challenges and the excitement that come with running a business, which sparked my desire to support small businesses as they carve out their place in the community. This environment fueled my passion and set me on a path to a career that would let me do just that—marketing. It was the perfect blend of creativity and strategy.
My passion for being a helpful resource has only grown stronger over time. I found a community of like-minded individuals at the Womxn for Change Coalition, where we share a common goal: empowering others to succeed through education and meaningful conversations.
That’s why I’m proud to be an active member of the Womxn for Change Coalition, supporting its mission to help individuals thrive in various aspects of their lives.
